“When I admire the wonder of a sunset or the beauty of the moon, my sould expands in worship of the Creator” -Mahatma Gandhi
I like this quote because I think I feel the same way as what this quote is saying. I am an early riser (I have bible study at 7 am with my church group every morning) and I’m usually home in the evening and I feel so lucky to be able to see the sunrise and sunset everyday. It is beautiful to me.

I know I talk about my friends a lot but it’s just because I love them : ) And what’s even better than having friends is having friends that share your same values and standards. I am thankful that in the group of friends I have carefully picked (and am still making bigger) that I know I have friends who will stay strong with me through out the years and that will always be there to help or lift me up. Cindy Lew said it well when she said, “Remember, the greatest gift is not found in a store nor under a tree, but in the hearts of true friends.” Brittany Out

We may not have it all together, but together we have it all.
My Mom says this quote a lot and I really like it. I believe it can be applied to a family, group, or class.

A few days ago while I was at the grocery store waiting for my Mom to come to the check-out I flipped through a magazine and saw a quote I believe was by Demi Lavato. It read, “I want to be a roll model for what I over come, not for being perfect.” And I realized that I did too. I think too often everyone is consumed or trying to be a roll model for being perfect or maybe not even trying to be a roll model to others but being perfect for themselves. But no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes every day. This quote was a good reminder for me to remember that I need to be caught up in overcoming what life throws at me and keep moving forward instead of having the impossible goal of being perfect.
